Meet Jeremiah Lewis, PA-C

Jeremiah ‘Jay’ Lewis is a native of Virginia. He attended Virginia Tech before moving in 1999 to Indianapolis. He is a graduate of Butler University’s Physician Assistant program and has a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.

Jay has over five years experience as a PA specializing in Pain Management. Prior to returning to Indiana, Jay was employed by a multi-disciplinary pain management group in south Florida. While in Florida he was responsible for hospital based pain management as well as outpatient treatments including injection management, medication management, intra-thecal pain pump management, and spinal cord stimulator management. Jay returned to Indiana two years ago and joined the team at Midwest Pain Institute where he continues his specialization in pain management, focusing on high quality care for patients with acute and chronic pain maladies.
